How we scope your project
Every property is different, so every quote is too. Here's the general path we take from first call to finished work — adjusted to fit the size, complexity, and goals of your specific project.
1. Walk-through & route fit
We walk the lawn, note turf type, obstacles, gate access, and trouble spots, then slot you into the right day on the route for your area.
2. Set the schedule
Weekly April–October when growth is heavy, biweekly in cooler months. You get the calendar in writing with rain-day backup.
3. Sharp-blade mowing & edging
Blades sharpened weekly, height adjusted to season and turf type, full edging along walks, drives, and beds, and a thorough hard-surface blow-off before we leave.
4. Quick visit recap when needed
If we spot a sprinkler issue, a dying shrub, or storm damage, you get a quick text or note — no silent invoices for routine work.

How much does weekly mowing cost in Charlotte?+
Most residential lawns run $40–$85 per visit (typically $140–$320/month) depending on lot size, turf type, and trim complexity. We give flat written quotes after walking the property — no per-visit surprises.
Weekly or biweekly — which do I need?+
Weekly from April through October when turf is actively growing — biweekly cuts in peak season stress the lawn and leave clippings clumped. Biweekly works fine November through March.
What height do you cut?+
Depends on turf type and season. Bermuda/Zoysia: 1.5–2.5 inches. Tall Fescue: 3.5–4 inches in summer to protect roots from heat. We never violate the one-third rule.
Will you bag clippings?+
By default we mulch clippings back into the lawn — they return nitrogen and improve soil. We'll bag on request for an upcharge, or after an extended absence when growth is excessive.
